apparently this is one of Michael's impersonators. He is spanish speaking guy. (from Latin America i believe)..Well, i watched several of the videos with him, and he never sounds or looks like MJ, but on this video. He even talks softly like Michael. So, I don't know. it's either Michael :) or the guy had the best plastic surgery and did an outstanding job in imitating the voice and MJ's manner of speaking.
