I don't know anything about that, but there are Military Operations surely afoot everywhere so if you are on the road get at least 2 proper plastic fuel containers and fill them in case you have to detour. Also get a PRINTED ROAD ATLAS map in case connections fail on GPS and such. I always carry spare fuel on my truck. 2ea 5 gallon containers is at 20 MPG equals some 200+ extra miles range to the next gas station in case of detour.
Try keep them on the exterior of the vehicle. There are racks for the trailer hitch or even lashed to the roof, best keep them on the outside. Make sure they don't leak when you fill 'em. Safe travels home.

Get some BEAR SPRAY or equivalent. Like at Bass Pro (assuming you don't have a firearm) Keep it in your car door for self defense, or keep your firearm handy if you got one.
As you drive, be CONSTANTLY AWARE not just what's in front of you but also coming up behind and around you.
Constantly look for EXITS from a dangerous situation. If you see trouble ahead, traffic gnarled up, and something just doesn't feel right, trust your gut & be ready to head off the freeway and go the other way. Don't allow yourself to get trapped.
You might even plan alternate driving routes that may take longer, give yourself time to detour, and keep off Highway stretches you think might have trouble.
Have food, water and sleeping bags in the trunk. Just sayin'. ROADTRIP! 😂

Thanks for the advise yesterday.....We made it----took the way not much freeway time.....u have given me a new prespective on freeway travel....I never thought od the defense position only the Mommie way to travel...each one need something different....but I got wasp spray, no bear spray and i stashed all over the car....that was good idea. It was really still in downtown la except the smell of marijuana uck stings....some may homeless hard to walk in LA.....Thank again u me feel so much better.......xxRobin
