It's because cats can carry the toxoplasmosis parasite. That tiny parasite can cause behavioral issues. It can also cause promiscuousness, because that enables the parasites to reproduce their kind in multiple hosts. 😳

Yes, I do know that about kitten litter parasites & actually I got on parasite cleanses (wormwood, clove, etc.) about two decades ago, but didn't know about Ivermectin for people even though I gave it to my horses often. I also used my Rife Machine to kill parasites with its settings. That blows them right up. 💥
I did know from a decade ago about Fenbendazole curing cancer, but didn't put 2+2 in my head that cancer IS parasites...duh...even though I survived cancer 25+ years ago. Right in front of my face the whole time. 😡
