Yes. Gene Decode reported that some DUMBs transmit mind control over certain cities using EMF broadcast out of DUMBs - think Liberal Cities 🤮, but I think Mind Control is also distributed through our airwaves by cellphone antennas and also our electronic devices such that they can target individuals, and this EMF capability was disclosed by whistleblowers of the Montauk Project, Preston Nichols, Duncan Cameron, Peter Moon in the 1990s. They first achieved EMF capability where a controller could type a command then broadcast to that individual and then the individual's mind forced them to do what was commanded, but then, it got more powerful, able to broadcast thought commands from the controller directly into the mind of the targeted individual - AND THAT WAS DECADES AGO! 😡
Our brainwaves are nothing but frequency & vibration so they can "hack" them, interfere with them, read them and broadcast them into us.

I think with MK Ultra the mind control situation is even WORSE.
CIA reportedly would use electro-shock to erase agents'/operatives' memory, specifically for the past 24 hours or so. So they would send an operative to do something like a big drug smuggling job, then shock the memory out of them. This is pretty well documented but I'd have to really dig to find those reports.
So then what stops these Monsters from kidnapping our kids, especially at colleges & universities (most of them have big DUMBs under them, because they are filled with young potential victims) and subjecting them to MK-Ultra Trauma Based Mind-Control (torture sessions) then erase that memory that it happened?
That's how bad I think the situation is & that Mind-Control is now a Perfected Science.
