For the past few months, I am only wearing clothing made of linen. It has a very high frequency. I really feel the difference. Do any
of you others out here do this as well?

Wool - 5,000
Hemp - Estimated around 100 - 5,000 (though exact measurements are not well-documented in the sources)
Organic Cotton - 100
Non-Organic Cotton - 70 (standard bleached cotton)
Silk - 10
Rayon/Viscose - 15
Polyester, Acrylic, Spandex, Lycra, Viscose, Nylon - 0
