This is a good sum up. The Babylonian history is rushed but it doesn't matter with the basic understanding of what happened.
Babylonian history is clouded by forcing timelines to conform with the Catholic church's dictates. If you let the Babylonian dates speak for themselves without interference, it is clear that all civilization as we know it started there and all Egyptian, Assyrian, Persian, and Judean history derive from this culture via a conflict of gods (or aliens) living on Earth and using humans as pawns for their wars.
