Hi Royal. Just curious.. do you give a dewormer from time to time? And if so, what do you use? I don’t want to use Heartgard anymore. I don’t vaccinate my 14 yo lab anymore either. And he has many issues including some tumors. We still walk every day and he loves that.
Looking at Panacur or horse paste Ivermectin ? Looking for feedback . I have given him Mullein tea when he had a bad kennel cough and it helped immediately.

Let me start with I have NO training in vet care. I am going by my own personal experience and belief that vaccines are all harmful. I am in the middle of doing a parasite cleanse for myself and my dogs. 8 weeks using Fenbendazole safe-guard paste then I'll switch to 8 weeks with Ivermectin. I've used Panacure in the past without any issues. After the cleanse is completed I do a monthly dose. I follow Dr Lee Merritt's personal parasite elimination protocol. I worked as a Vet Tech for around 20 years. I can't tell you how many dogs got cancerous tumors around injection sites. Most drugs were labeled the same as for human consumption. I got SO much flax for not keeping my dogs vaccinated. Our farm dog lived for almost 19 years and was NEVER vaccinated. Heart Gard parasitic base is Ivermectin. So many treatments were unnecessary, and some vets are just a big a pusher for big pharma as drs! Finally, had enough and I quit.

same here.. if i had to get the rabies i would go to the local feed store where they were 75% cheaper.. i know my dog well. when hes acting weird or whatever. rabies is the only on i have given him in his life cause i had no choice.. lived in gated community..i also have fed my dog my choice of food for about 10 years now.. i know whats going in that tummy.. he is a very healthy dog. when he did get sick with bloody poops something was wrong. he had been in a one night day care i had used before without a problem (someones home) this time i felt uneasy but said over night (we were moving). brought his food with him.picked him up. went to new house. he immediately went to hide under the couch. never has done that ever. next day bloody stool. never done that either. he was quieter but no pain with palpation of his tummy etc.. went to vet with concern, she didnt have a clue.gave his ivermectin. 3 days later a different dog. amazing.. stools got better over the rest of the week.
