We cannot hide from this. America must address the reality, whether we like doing it or not, it is facilitating a political agenda, that is also illegal. We have to police our own ranks and call it out something that is wrong, when we see it.

Any NGO, "Charity", or "Faith Based" organization caught transporting giving aid or shelter of any kind, per RICO, should be fully enforced upon and loose their tax exempt status.

I agree with the lady asking her to stop. Unless you have the details and know exactly what is going on then you are risking the safety of individuals who may be trafficking victims. It is a huge job to return people who may have been kidnapped or sold and there are likely many partners helping to get them to safety and it is unlikely they are going to announce who is doing what.
