What was the context of Anthony Bourdain's making that "hail satan" comment? Do we know he wasn't joking? Any studio audience members ever confirm it? Or was this backstage?
Not that I doubt any of it - I was just wondering the genesis of the "hail satan" story. I never watched Friends, but it is disturbing that a cast of such a successful show would chant that at all, much less during the production of the show.
Was it revealing this and/or something else that got Bourdain suicided? Didn't he reveal something else right before his death? And did he really die, or is he in witness protection, too??
