The judge and prosecutors who wrongly convicted#TinaPeters for doing her job are guilty of political persecution in Colorado.
Even though she was wrongly and CRIMINALLY found guilty of a state crime, her rights to a fair trial were denied. I’m not an attorney but I believe this wrongful conviction now makes this a “federal” crime against her by the so-called “judge” Matthew Barrett. This would then make her eligible for a pardon by you.
Please pardon and free political prisoner (and HERO) Tina Peters. Then arrest, prosecute and disbar#MatthewBarrett and prosecutors for their crimes in this case which at the very least are#JudicialMisconduct and#ProsecutorialMisconduct.
Prosecute those who prosecuted her so that the prosecutors become the prosecuted because#NoOneIsAboveTheLaw.
