I am of the opinion that Saudi Arabia currently controls the Admin in Maricopa County.

Arabs have bought tracts of land, to grow fodder for their camels, between Phoenix and Tucson because they are not allowed to do this in their own country.

This takes a lot of water, that Maricopa does not have. So, it has been trying to buy land in other counties - for the water rights.

I am also of the opine, that as AZ has no rules governing utility sized solar installations, they flock to AZ, and the Admin sees the land the solar panels sit on, as a WATER supply for their real masters.

WATER is the whole point of the large solar installs, the power is secondary.

Not only for irrigation, but to supply the leftists fleeing to AZ, bringing their mind virus to infect Republican areas... to be back filled by totally gov dependent illegals... the lefts new slave class, which is what the Democrats REALLY want.
