i remember this moon landing event in 69.. my hubby had to wake me up at 3 am to watch them land on the moon. i was 5 months pregnant and worked. i was tired. he woke me up and i saw them touch down the steps.. foot to ground.. went back to sleep. so glad i didnt waste my sleep on it now.. ha ha.. and we believed every single bit of it, my brain did wonder how the president could talk on the phone tho..the only part i questioned.. we didnt have a clue back then... not enough of them i guess. we totally believed what was said
