I hope they capture DARPA's records as I intend to sue them for putting an ocular implant aka nano camera in my right eye at the Las Vegas UFO Crash Retrieval Conf in 2009 & a VA Eye Tech found & VA Dr confirmed that I have "thousands of highly reflective white microscopic dots (pixels) on back of my eye" in 2017.
