Had my yearly follow up today.
The doctor said, your lab work is unbelievable.
She had not seen blood work like mine in a long time.
I am a new patient
She told me I had the blood work of a 40 year old
She wanted to know what I was doing.
I wanted to tell her I am ascending 😊😆
She works to big pharma she wanted me to try cholesterol meds,
my cholesterol was a bit high.

I made 72 in DEC, far from 40.
My blood pressure was of an experienced athlete 😂😂

Eating the right food.
I have the same situation, excellent blood work, but, high cholesterol (I view it as my brain is staying young too).
I also had a dental assistant 2 years ago, say I had the teeth of a 35yr old (60 then).
Doing what you love keeps you healthy, and young in heart and body.
I garden, ride my horse, keep the chickens and house... after years of being at the beck and call of others and their projects, this is a sweet release from the high pressure of it all.
