I totally agree. In fact, I know some good people there that are suffering. They should never have been able to buy there if they were foreign nationals without legal US status.

I don't think there is anything preventing people from other countries from purchasing homes in the US.
Might be a limit on the amount of land they can buy. I would have to look that up.
It is the source of the funding to purchase the properties that i find to be suspicious.

I don't think there is a law against it. The Chinese keep buying up massive tracts of land and it should not be allowed.
