Had to remove telegram app it messed my phone up really bad once i removed it my phone is working fine .
It happened to me too. It took all of my iphone storage.

happened to me too.... it just disappeared even after i fixed all the settings suggested. said storage was too full....
It took me 10 minites to get on my text or google anything website , i had to shut my phone down then it would only for for a few minutes and right back i took the app off and my phone works fine now .
