She cut $12.8M in “operating supplies” which might explain why they cancelled fire hydrant testing just weeks before these horrible fires
Yet they had enough money to paint the hydrants rainbow colors. I don't know why the people of California aren't holding these politicians responsible for what they have done to California with their neglect.
I think California is finally waking up. Its a shame it took a fire to wake people up. I still have faith in humanity. We got 10 days.
