It's great stuff! I do about 1-2 oz in a medicine cup right after lunch & supper. It also stimulates digestive enzymes and helps get digestion on track.(Had internal radiation burns from Ca therapy quite a few years ago, it's helped tremendously for me!) I don't do the cinnamon in it, nor add the honey, same method, but use 5 cloves in the boiling water. Been doing this a couple months now, what a wonderful change!!
