A nurse posted a HCQ recipe made from grapefruits rinds. Use rinds from 2-3 grapefruits and, in a medium size pot, cover them 1-2 inches in water. Boil them covered all the time with a lead with a small whole in it, at first a bit higher heat until starting to boil them lower the heat and let it simmer for 2 hours. Pull aside and let it covered until the pot is called. Strain it and, if you are sick(with flue or cold, that's what they call covid 19) take 2 tablespoons until you start feeling better. Preventively, I take 2 tablespoons a day.
