There were simultaneous lightning strikes in Washington DC and in NYC at the Empire State Building on New Year's Eve.

The odds of this happening naturally are extremely low. Some might even call it "Biblical".

But what else? Just before midnight a bright object was seen rising into the sky and moving away at high speed near Trump's Hotel in Las Vegas.

I'd like to think if it's raining on the east coast, lighting could strike at the same time in different areas of the storm
It rained and is still raining here in NEPA but no lighting
