Today it was reported that Carter passed away aged 100.

The deep state do this. They hold off on reporting deaths.
They want the numbers to add up or for whatever other reason.

Actually, both teams do this.
As I understand it, RBG was on ice for at least 1-year
before she was reported dead.
GHWB didn’t die when it was reported he did.

Prince Philip, QE2 & Jacob Rothschild were all reported dead
