Yer I have been feeling all these for days ... thought it might be EMF driven as I am staying in my daughters house with the latest smart tech. I'm doing walks in the shallows on the beach and spending time outside after the sun drops to water the garden and doing some grounding. My appetite has diminished ... mostly drinking tea and good water. Thinking this might be a slow process ... just going with it for now ... cant say i'm keen to visit a doctor or medical facility.
