He did a good job with that share. It is called infanticide and is a huge problem. Family planning programs were intended to help prevent female infanticide in countries where limits are used on the number of children or sex selective abortion is/was practiced. It is important to have that context but too often people get unhinged when trying to have a discussion on these issues.
