The company’s board of directors unanimously recommended that shareholders vote against a proposal brought forward by the National Center for Public Policy Research, a conservative think tank. The proposal called for Costco to reevaluate and issue a report on the potential financial risks associated with maintaining its DEI initiatives. The group said Costco was engaging in possible “illegal discrimination” against white, Asian, male, or straight employees due the DEI policies.

Accept them today and tomorrow they want to all white jobs

Someone needs to do a real study and unbiased study of the black managers and/or CEOs and or financial people that have been appointed to their jobs because they're black what is their track record is the company doing better? Or is the company faltering?

How many jobs when black people have been promoted given a free 40 points on a test that they don't qualify for for example firefighters, teachers, bankers, give them the job are they doing a good job what is the quality of their job? Have they improved any of the companies? Are they making a positive difference? We need a real unbiased research organization to prove that promoting unqualified people of any race or any gender just because of their race or gender is not working
