Excuses were made they said we will give you a discount but you have to pay the tax even though I am state tax exempt I had to pay the tax but I would get a discount but not for the full amount of the tax that I did not owe in the state of Texas

Told him never mind took my heavy cart full of supplies went to the customer service area where the cashier is a senior WHITE woman about 65 years old she identified the problem that when the original Lowe's employee who was also BLACK registered me they put me for the state of Utah this is why they would not give me the text discount in the state of Texas so WHITE LADY repaired no problem my account fixed what the black cashiers would not and could not identify the problem

Avoid the black emp whenever possible I just don't care to deal with their attitude and their lack of Desire to do their basic
