So far, right off the top of my head there are three virus theories:
1. No such thing as a virus.
2. Viruses are actually bacteria that have been named as viruses because a few scientists decided that they were too small to be called bacteria
3. And now viruses are exosomes.
An interesting note:
I have a dear friend who went to Germany to be included in a study which involved scientists who were giving her an exosome treatment. It didn't help her.
I honestly do not know if we can trust anyone anymore.
Except for: gargle with warm salt water, get fresh air, light, light exercise if and when possible and maybe some of the old, forgotten (snake oil?) remedies.
