I don't use Alexa or any other AI crap. I HATE all the newer cars with all the electronic crap in them. The only newer technology I have is my cell phone and it's 8 years old. And my internet modem. No "smart" electronics. I'm old. LOL. I don't like the new electronic world. I still use my hand crank mixer when I cook or bake. I love it when my Grandkids say "GMA! WHAT'S THAT"?? 🤷😉

I'm with you! My son and husband are all about the latest tech. Where as I look at it as spyware or designed to harm our health. I keep stickers on my cell phone and laptop cameras. My family thinks I'm crazy. LOL Unfortunately, I live with all the SMART crap my family buys for themselves. UGH. I love old fashioned tools like your hand cranked mixer! No electricity needed and made to last!

I'm with you on covering the cameras. I do that on my phone. I used to have cable years ago and the guy that hooked up the equipment actually told me to put tape on the front of the cable box and showed me a small circle with his flashlight. There was a camera in it. 🙄 I no longer have cable and haven't for several years.
Woah! I did not think of the cable boxes having cameras. I know the SMART TVs have cameras. All this spying crap better be removed from products in the near future! Talk about violating our right to privacy!

We can only hope all the spy tech will be removed! That would be wonderful! A friend showed me a video about 5 years ago that showed these robot dogs that were programmed with the layout of your home. That really freaked me out! I don't know if I can find it now but I'll try. If I find it I'll send you the link.

Yikes, home invading Robot dogs! Wonder if a can of spray paint could effectively disable their sensors/cameras? Or maybe a cattle prod to their electrical system. Not like I have a cattle prod laying around handy, but I do have spray paint! 😉
