It is a skill. Most of us are not from here, and what we see horrifies us. Each soul chooses their own path for their own growth. Pretend you are watching a movie. Then watch yourself in the theater watching the movie. You are now in the projection booth, watching yourself in the theater, watching the play you are in. We have to come back to our center CONSTANTLY and stay in the NOW. Remember we all have a little inner child inside of us freaking out.
