Restaurateurs should ban the mass produced high priced bs places like YUM brands, sysco etc. and go all local or local sourced places and turn that shit on its ear also. Profits of fiat would sky rocket. ETC> AND also make folks healthier. Started in the restaurant business at 13 and watched all the transitions. RIGHT that ship.

😁Each community from 10,000 like mine to 100,000 will experience an explosion in restaurants, diners and Markets with fresh local products. We are going back to the future, and wouldn't you know it they picked 1955, the year I was dropped.
This coming year will be transformational in many ways. Add to the that the subtraction of MILLIONS of bad guys and look the fuck out!
There are things about to happen that we haven't even thought about. That's a fact of life.
