"...Recently I heard a comment somewhere saying that the going rate for a Biden pardon is one million dollars. I don’t know if this is true, but it made me think about something I will get to a little later. But first, according to Wikipedia, here are the number of pardons by the past four presidents, and mind you, Biden still has a month left.
