I have suggested this before and have wondered if the immolation incident is connected. Many have remarked the victim does not really react the way someone on fire would react. And it seems like the person who set her on fire is the one to then try and fan the victim. (Most people who did something like that would flee.) Is the victim on some substance and that is the strange reaction? Are they under some type of control?
