I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
It would be easy to identify where this is going on. Visual map, zoom in and identify the situation. The same approach could be applied to drug offense data and it would likely show intergenerational patterns that would then identify the root and what is happening to these people that they are stuck in that system.
