The lessons to be learned are of purification of the soul.
Each "hell on earth" episode that we experience individually, has so much to teach us, that if we miss the 'crux' of it then we will be using the 'crutch' of it until we no longer require the crutch!!,
Even I have learned much from a total stranger, whom I have never met, one would think that impossible, but through communication I have garnered much about goodness, right thinking, and grace.
