This looks like a hole was drilled through the wall from the apartment above. It wasn't there when I moved in. A few years ago, there was a noise like a drill and then plaster fell down from this very spot.
There is no coincidence.

...and the bathtub is damaged in one spot, it looked like it was hit by a bullet (not visible in the video). I painted the spot with silver nail polish.
And now I have another questions? Why is the water draining so badly and how is it possible that [she] can influence the drainage below?...There's probably something stuck in there, isn't?...and "somewhere" the pipe is cut.
