Same here Cleo, I'm 75, had chicken pox as a kid, and got shingles this year. Never had the pox vaccine, they didn't have it back then. (we only got the polio vax in school, and one of my neighbors my age got polio just AFTER he got the polio vax...things that make ya go ?Hmmm?) Same with 2 of my aunts (in their 90's) just got shingles this year too, and never a pox vax.

Yes I agree the shingles vaccine is most likely giving people shingles. But the children now get a chickenpox vaccine that wasn't available when we were younger
