Absolutely stunning! We send money all over the globe because we just have to help those less fortunate (although that reasoning is being challenged)... we seem to have such a big heart in giving except to our own people. All that foriegn aid never ends so am not certain it ever gets to where it was intended. Betting there's a circle back somewhere. Meanwhile....Alec Smith tried to take care of himself and sadly failed......actually, he did not fail....this government did!!
