Hoylman’s bill changes the rules for the currently voluntary adult vaccine database so that YOUR PERMISSION IS NO LONGER NEEDED TO RECORD INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. The Assembly passed this bill (A7154) last spring, but all bills die with an election, and the bill will have to be re-introduced with a new bill number & start from the beginning again on the steps toward passage."
