After thinking "fat" was the enemy growing up (remember Susan Powter in the 80s? "FOOD doesn't make you fat, FAT makes you fat!" I am SO thrilled to know now that organic butter, cream, cheese, meat, nuts, certain oils, etc., are actually GOOD for you. FAT keeps you FULL. FAT helps the body.
I knew of an Idaho farmer who ate a dozen eggs & drank a quart of heavy cream every day. Lived to 92.
