Expanded emergency is the scariest part. Look, they are going to enact the National Emergencies Act which will allow the current administration to not transfer power on Jan. 6th. In the wording of the act it allows the current political leaders to not transfer power but also to never transfer power. There is no term limit to the period of time they can have this act active.
