I use half olive & half avocado, bottled organic lemon juice & Dijon mustard.

Well, according to Dr Ray Peat (who Mercola and others are now following), seed oils are not a good thing (PUFA - polyunsaturated fats cause chronic health issues and stay in your body for a long time - years). Seems like we just can't eat anything anymore - now saturated fats like butter, tallow, ghee, and coconut oil are best. Every time I learn something, I have to unlearn it as things just keep changing.

True. Olive & avocado oil would be from the fruit if I’m not mistaken, not the seed.
