I was on that listโ€ฆfor many years I would get migraines, which are so painful, so debilitating until I bought some Magnesium spray! It took a few weeks to really kick in but thru 2 back to back hurricanes, evacuating, husband having bladder cancer, cat having an eyeball removed, landing in the hospital myself for an overnight (because of all of the above๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ), I have not had a migraine THANK GOD๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปat night, I put it on my feet, calves down to my ankles and on the back of my neck, so grateful๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿธ

I use the magnesium spray on my feet, I have neuropathy and perhaps osteopathy now too! My Achilles heels were acting up. diabetes and uncleared emotions. Hoping I have a better handle on it all now! I tried using the gylcate magnesium, but it doesn't seem to help, so I went back to the Magnesium oxide and it is helping. I don't know why the magnesium oxide helps more than the expensive ones, but it does!

You have any thoughts on a bump on the top of my foot? I am trying to figure it out, Doctor gave me stupid medicine with Calcium, which I stopped taking, and my guess without going back in quite yet, next year. is that it could stem from the Diabetes and nueropathy, well I have also come up with the addition of possibly Tendonopathy and the bump as Osteomeletosis. Bump hurts to touch, but seems to at times shrink, so I am close to finding a solution I think, without the doc!

Have you tried wrapping the foot in a Castor Oil pack with a heating pad, may take a few days, but thereโ€™s a good chance it will help. You know, like an hour-ish with the heating pad for a few days to a week or so, put a sock on for overnightโ€ฆreally cannot hurtโ€ฆmay help with the neuropathy if you add some Cayenne to the Castor oilโ€ฆbut modestly..same agenda๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿธ

Been doing a castor oil smear on it over night with socks since my feet get so dried out in winter, but not the heat with it. Been doing this for a couple of weeks, have also tried antibacterial ointment as it shrinks it, leading me to believe either it is an infection possibly.
