I got hit by a ugly bug

Damn my bones were even hurting.
I am hoping it's just a 48 hr bug.

from what i have read this is a process of releasing toxins from your body, not an illness. a positive thing even tho you feel ugh! drink lots of water to flush it out. steam will help release it from your head. there are many with the same thing.. the release of high energy last week per schuman readings shows this is a response some are clearing. blessings for feeling better..
