You answered your own question with your other post that highlights the division in the military: some want that tech and obviously others do not. It would be naive to think DJT could have walked into what was already well underway by the powerful MIC and simply said, nah, we are not doing that, and carried on. As it is, OWS was implemented and they are still trying to take him out and people are still openly hoping for that as evidenced by some accounts on social media. This is a process that we all have to go through as a country in terms of saving humanity.
