Service Dogs. Some insight.
In the 2000's many military service personnel came home with severe PTSD. Many studies concluded the following;
Service persons, were trained for deployment to combat zones and understood the risks. This training became compartmentalized to an extent that when deployed to an actual combat zone it automatically became PTSD.
In response to this understanding the US and Canadian Govs declared Service Dogs to be allowed access to Public buildings.
"Public" buildings mean government buildings. No paperwork was required other than a Military ID.
Somehow today, the public is now violating the health act by non-military people taking their "service" poodle into restaurants.
So when you see a dog on an airplane, understand the airline has 100% the right to refuse the animal and no rule gives them the right to take the animal on board.
Airlines, like restaurants and Malls, are not Public. They are privately owned with access to the public by invi
