Why not widely available over the counter. We need to shrink the Federal government to the constitutional requirements only!

😊When you mentioned free I disagreed, freely available is what I would love to see but not subsidized by any government program.
Look no further the Western NC. the government caused, ignored and now wants to encumber/condemn to steal. The churches and American hero's are helping not the government.
