I am using from Costco,
their organic 😊 bread flour, rye wheat.
I had a difficult time tossing out the discard starter.
Until I had like, about 1/2 gallon of starter 😂😂
Now I dump it. 😊
My starter is like 3 months old
I have two starters , an extra one just In case
A good bread knife is key
Or big muscles 😙
