it is what is going on now in the energy levels and its hard on the body too. days of dizzyness like a drunken sailor. headaches. achy joints.. like feeling like i am 78! which i am.. and wasnt like that before.. cant wait til that part is over.. but in the end?? glory!
Oh yes, the aches and pains. The energies are here to stay. But good news is, the more we work on ourselves internally, the easier it gets on the body. This is what I'm finding. ❤🙏
