Does it seem normal to you, that someone creates an icy draft and opens windows (even at night when everyone's asleep) in the cold in a house where only the windows are sealed? So the cold goes into people's apartments and that's not good.
Why does the person in question, if needs to ventilate, not ventilate own apartment unit, but instead lets the cold through an icy draft into the entire house?
I don't understand it.
This is really not normal.
Like when you're doing something on the computer at night before bed and your hands get so cold that you have to warm them up every now and then and yet the stove that normally heats the apartment even in much greater frosts is turned up to maximum - that's probably something wrong....
Really, I'm not kidding.
