Seems to me that the "FBI" was probably created to protect the Federal Corporation of DC (est. 1871) known as USA, INC., betting my Silver Dollar that a primary shareholder had to be the Payseur.

When reported arrested, it was reported the Payseur had over $34 Quadrillion in their bank accounts. That had to come from the stolen productivity of the American People IMO.
