rats live there.. all kinds of them.. all sizes. ugh
Yeah, they are usually in the tunnels, train tracks, and sometimes you will see one walk across the platform.
and walking with the two legged kind also.. not sure which one is worse.. not for me thanks.
There are a lot of them in Central Park too.
You don't want your children playing in the playground areas. Due to the sand boxes. I don't know if they still have them. But I heard the cats like to do their business in them. I have seen the rats there too at night.
Why do I know this because I lived there and I walked my dog everywhere.
